Group Training

Eisey’s Community Gym group training is one of the best ways to improve and maintain a good level of fitness and manage your weight. It covers all the key components of fitness to give you a complete whole body exercise programme focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination. Our group training sessions are designed for people of all ages and fitness levels which means that you only work to your own ability and current level of fitness.

The great thing about our boxing-circuits sessions is that it uses elements of resistance training combined with cardiovascular intervals. This blasts your metabolism into overdrive so that you go on burning calories for up to 38 hours after the session. It teaches you how to work to your max and what it feels like to work in the upper anaerobic training zones. You need to experience this if you want to progress your fitness levels.

Boot Camps

Outdoor Boot Camp style sessions are great fun, motivating and an exciting way to lose weight, tone up, blow away those cobwebs and get some fresh air. The outdoor boot camp sessions provide all the expertise and benefits of my one-on-one personal training with the motivation and camaraderie of working in a larger group. The sessions are a combination of aerobic and anaerobic drills, which combine body weight exercises with occasional drills with weighted objects (hand weights, kettle bells, medicine balls). Wherever possible, the environment will be incorporated into these sessions, they are not just indoor training sessions done outside.

 

Full advantage will be made of wide open spaces, with sessions varying weekly. These sessions are designed to burn fat, improve body tone, and improve aerobic and anaerobic fitness. Sessions are designed for all fitness levels, with consideration for the fittest in the group, to the less able.

 

Sessions will be based on blocks of four saturday mornings, with one week off before new dates are released.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
