We hold ladies only training sessions every Thursday morning from 9:30am - 10:30am these sessions are a great way to get fit and also meet new people.
The sessions are open to all fitness levels and abiltilties so why not give it a try.

Eisentragers Gym group training is one of the best ways to improve and maintain a good level of fitness and manage your weight. It covers all the
key components of fitness to give you a complete whole body exercise programme focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and
coordination. Our group training sessions are designed for people of all ages and fitness levels which means that you only work to your own
ability and current level of fitness.
The great thing about our boxing-circuits sessions is that it uses elements of resistance training combined with cardiovascular intervals. This blasts
your metabolism into overdrive so that you go on burning calories for up to 38 hours after the session. It teaches you how to work to your max and
what it feels like to work in the upper anaerobic training zones. You need to experience this if you want to progress your fitness levels.

Thursday 7-8pm Mixed adult conditioning class

them the fundamental skills and disciplines of boxing.

As part of our group training sessions, we have five fitness challenges for members to work towards and on a regular basis we hold special
