Group Training
Eisentrager’s Gym group training is one of the best ways to improve and maintain a good level of fitness and manage your weight. It covers all the key components of fitness, giving you a complete, whole-body exercise programme that focuses on strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Our group training sessions are designed for people of all ages and fitness levels, so you only work to your own ability and current fitness level.

Bodyweight Conditioning
Mondays, 6.15pm-7.00pm
This dynamic full-body workout varies each week, keeping participants engaged and challenged. Our Bodyweight Conditioning classes incorporate a diverse mix of bodyweight exercises, such as squats, push-ups, and lunges, alongside cardio elements like jumping jacks, high knees, and interval sprints. The routines are specifically tailored to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels and ages, allowing beginners and advanced athletes alike to participate and benefit. Each session focuses on enhancing strength, endurance, and overall mobility, promoting a balanced and effective approach to fitness.
Old School Circuits
Tuesdays, 6.15pm-7.00pm
This comprehensive full-body old school circuit workout is tailored to accommodate individuals of all ages and fitness levels. The routine incorporates a diverse range of gym equipment, including rowing machines, assault bikes, jump boxes, kettlebells, barbells, slam balls and bodyweight exercises, to effectively engage multiple muscle groups. Each station in the circuit is thoughtfully designed to promote strength, endurance, and flexibility, with exercises that can be easily modified to suit varying abilities. This dynamic approach not only enhances physical fitness but also keeps participants motivated and challenged each week.
Strength and Conditioning
Wednesday 6.15-7.00pm
Saturdays, 8.30-9.30am
These popular strength and conditioning classes feature a comprehensive, safe weightlifting system that uses landmines to promote functional movement and stability. The workouts are designed to enhance overall strength and endurance and are further complemented by targeted abdominal exercises, high-energy cardio, and bodyweight movements. This holistic approach not only builds muscle but also improves core stability, cardiovascular fitness, and functional agility, making the classes suitable for participants of all fitness levels.
All adult classes are £6 per session
No membership or booking required, just turn up and pay-as-you-go.
