Outdoor Boot Camp style sessions are great fun, motivating and an exciting way to lose weight, tone up, blow away those cobwebs and get some fresh
air. The outdoor boot camp sessions provide all the expertise and benefits of my one-on-one personal training with the motivation and camaraderie
of working in a larger group. The sessions are a combination of aerobic and anaerobic drills, which combine body weight exercises with occasional
drills with weighted objects (hand weights, kettle bells, medicine balls). Wherever possible, the environment will be incorporated into these sessions,
they are not just indoor training sessions done outside.
Full advantage will be made of wide open spaces, with sessions varying weekly. These sessions are designed to burn fat, improve body tone, and
improve aerobic and anaerobic fitness. Sessions are designed for all fitness levels, with consideration for the fittest in the group, to the less able.
Sessions will be based on blocks of four saturday mornings, with one week off before new dates are released.
Single session bootcamp will remain at £7. Block of four Saturdays will be the bargain price of £20, with the opportunity to take missed Saturday
sessions at any one of my weekly classes within the next week.
NEW - Three blocks of bootcamps (12 Sessions) for the price of fifty pounds paid before or on 21st April 2012. (£4.16 per session)
Missed classes in the 3rd block can be replaced by one of my midweek classes within the following week at no extra cost.
*Any missed classes under the block booking scheme can be made up at any one of my other sessions within that week.
